Discussion between Jaxon Washburn and James White

My friend, Jaxon Washburn (a very bright 18-year old LDS apologist from Arizona) had a brief discussion with James White. One can find the video of a portion of their discussion here:





Jaxon did a pretty good job while White revealed his lack of intellectual honesty yet again. For instance, he repeats the long-refuted claim of his that the Mesoamerican Macuahuitl (AKA Macana) was a club, not a sword and engages in eisegesis with respect to the Melchizedek Priesthood (see the relevant section in my Refuting Jeff Durbin on Mormonism and the Atonement, for instance).

White, at the end, was correct that one cannot build upon spiritual edifice if a solid foundation is lacking; sadly, it is Protestantism and its adherence to sola scriptura, the formal doctrine of the Reformation, that is the foundation of sand; please see:
