The Peshitta Text of Isaiah 3:10

In the Leiden Peshitta for Isa 3:10, we read:

A transliteration of the above would be:

ʾamrū lazaddīqā ṭāb meṭel hānā pārē ʿabdīhon naʾkhlon

One way to translate the Syriac is "Say to the righteous [singular], 'Good–for they shall eat the fruit of their works."

We find the following (1) vocalized text of Isa 3:10 in the Peshitta and (2) English translation at The Syriac Peshiṭta Bible with English Translation: Isaiah (trans. Gillian Greenberg and Donald M. Walter; The Antioch Bible; Piscataway, N.J.: Gorgias Press, 2012), 14, 15:

. . .

Say to the righteous - Good: because of this they will eat the fruits of their works.

As with the Dead Sea Scrolls, Book of Mormon, and Targum Jonathan to the Prophets, the Peshitta has a prefixed preposition before “righteous.”
