Gregory Boyd is one of my favourite non-LDS theologians. He has written many works that I highly recommend, including Crucifixion of the Warrior God (2 vols); Satan and the Problem of Evil: Constructing a Trinitarian Warfare Theodicy; and God at War: The Bible and Spiritual Conflict.
