Eugene Seaich on 1 Corinthians 15:40, 42-49

Note that in vss. 40, 42-49, Paul simply distinguishes between the earthly (“terrestrial”) bodies which men lay down in the grave and the heavenly (“celestial”) bodies which they take up in the resurrection. These two terms should not be confused with the “telestial, terrestrial and celestial” glories which these heavenly bodies will exhibit (vs. 41). (Eugene Seaich, Ancient Texts and Mormonism, 6 vols. [3d ed.; Salt Lake City, Ronald W. Gibson, 2014], 4:9 n. 23)
