11:27 And this a
testament from me to them, when I take away their sins.

be converted by the preaching of Elijah and Enoch. Thus Malachi: I will send
you Elijah the Tishbite, who shall turn the hearts of the fathers to their children
and the hearts of children to their fathers (Mal. 4:5-6; Luke 1:17), so
that the children might understand like their fathers, i.e., as the prophets
understood.
