W.W. Phelps on December 25 as the day of Jesus' Birth

On p. 27 of W.W. Phelps' Deseret Almanac, For the Year of Our Lord, 1852, we find the following:





What is rather interesting here is that, for Phelps, December 25, not April 6, is the date of Jesus' birth in the "meridian of Time."


Also, do note that Phelps makes reference to "Sirius the great Dog Star." This is important, as many believe that Kolob in the Book of Abraham is Sirius. On this, see:
