As many readers of this blog know, I am an Open Theist, as are a growing number of Latter-day Saint scholars and apologists. Many of the books on Open Theism touch, in varying degrees, with the biblial texts, bue one recent volume is dedicated just to the biblical/exegetical data supporting Open Theism:
Christopher Fisher, God is Open: Examining the Open Theism of the Biblical Authors (2017)
Fisher, whose PhD disseration was "The Hellenization of Christianity: A Defense of Open Theism" (2006), goes through the relevant texts in the Old and New Testaments, both texts used in favour of Open Theism as well as texts (e.g., Mal 3:6) used to support Reformed and other "traditional" views of God's providence and foreknowledge. Furthermore, he interacts with and refutes critics of Open Theism such as Bruce Ware and John Piper.
For those interested in the biblical basis for Open Theism, but is a must-read.
