And they built the high places of Baal, which
are in the valley of the son of Hinnom, to cause their sons and their daughters
to pass through the fire unto Molech; which I commanded them not, neither came
it into my mind, that they should do this abomination, to cause Judah to sin.
(Jer. 32:35 [those who watch the debate will understand why this alone refutes Aaron Shafovaloff])
Aaron Shafovaloff,
in his recent debate with Kwaku El, in his opening general statement, said that
a truth seeker is one who
who is seeking to appeal to his authoritative
word . . (5:56 mark)
Notice here
that, from the very get-go, Aaron assumes
Sola Scriptura (for him, “[Jesus’] authoritative word” is exhausted by the 66
book of the Bible [the tota of
scriptura]). Sady for Aaron, this is not the case. For a thorough biblical refutation
thereof, see:
Aaron’s
opening statement on Sola Fide is based on TULIP and imputation (as seen in his
“it is as if Jesus has a temple recommend and He gives it to me” and other
like-comments), as well as eisegesis of Jas 2:18 and John 5. For a thorough
refutation, see:

to a Recent Attempt to Defend Imputed Righteousness and Review of Can Our
Works Save Us? Refuting Sola Fide
Aaron does
not like the idea of believers having to pay a penalty in an intermediate state,
such as King David (cf. ). Funnily enough, this is part-and-parcel of New
Testament soteriology:
This is not
the first time someone from MRM has embarrassed themselves on soteriology. Bill
McKeever was destroyed in a radio debate with another Latter-day Saint, James Holt:
This is not
the first time Aaron has engaged in nothing but deception and eisegesis as well
as embarrass himself on soteriology. For a thorough refutation of his previous
debate with Kwaku (which he lost—BADLY) can be seen at:
