Wilhelm Gesenius (1786-1842): The "Sea" in Isaiah 9:1 being the "Red Sea"

 In Gesenius' Hebrew and Chaldee Lexicon to the Old Testament Scriptures, we find that Wilhelm Gesenius (1786-1842) understood the "sea" in Isa 9:1 (Hebrew 8:23) was the Red Sea, further strengthing the plausibility of the reading found in 2 Nephi 19:1:
