Matt Slick (CARM) is rather popular though VERY errant apologist (e.g., see James Stutz's article responding to Slick on 1 Tim 6:16) A lot of gullible Evangelicals tend to reference Slick and CARM uncritically, although Slick tends to embarrass himself against informed opponents (e.g., his radio debate against Robert Sungenis that addressed Mariology and Sola Scriptura)
