The Text of the Dedicatory Prayer for the Rome Temple (and the use "Elohim" to denote a singular divine person)

The text of the dedicatory prayer of the Rome Italy temple has been released. One can find it here.

What is rather interesting is the opening line:

O God, our Eternal Father, Thou great Elohim, we come before Thee on this sacred occasion in the name of Thy Beloved Son, Jesus Christ, to dedicate the Rome Italy Temple.

I have encountered all too many naive Latter-day Saints who think that "Elohim = Gods," full stop. However, just as Joseph Smith used Elohim for the singular person of the Father in the King Follett discourse ("the Great Elohim, who sits in yonder heavens"), so too did Pres. Nelson use Elohim to denote the singular person of the Father.
