Transformative Justification in Epistle to Diognetus

In Epistle to Diognetus 9, we read the following in the Greek:

In ANF 1:128, we have the following English translation: "and having made it manifest that in ourselves we were unable to enter into the kingdom of God, we might through the power of God be made able."

"Made able" is δυνατοὶ γενηθῶμεν. The verb used is γινομαι which means to be produced/made/created/manufactured. In other words, we have an early (first to second century) example of transformative justification.
