In the text of Isa 3:10 in the Targum Jonathan th the Prophets, one finds the prefixed preposition ל before "[the] righteous," something one finds at Qumran as well as the Book of Mormon:
אֵימַרוּ לְצַדִיקַיָא טוּבֵיכֹון אְרֵי פֵירֵי עוּבָדֵיהֹון יִשתַלְמוּן׃
