David L. Paulsen, Are Christians Mormon?

My copy of David L. Paulsen and Hal Boyd’s Are Christians Mormon? arrived today. It is an expansion of a lengthy article Paulsen published in BYU Studies back in 2005, so if one cannot afford the paperback (let alone the very expensive hardback), pursuing the BYU Studies article is a good substitute.
