In D&C 61:19-20, we have strong evidence against God existing in an "eternal now":
I, the Lord, have decreed, and the destroyer
rideth upon the face thereof, and I revoke not the decree. I, the Lord, was
angry with you yesterday, but today mine anger is turned away. (D&C
61:19-20)
Here,
God decreed something and then later revoked that decree; further,
"yesterday" he was "angry with you" . . . "but
today" his anger is "turned away" (i.e., propitiated).
This shows progression in God's working out things he decrees and his anger.
