The Protestant Reformation at 500

This month marks the 500th anniversary of the Protestant Reformation. As Protestantism, especially its Reformed (Calvinistic) strand is the theology most LDS critics subscribe to, hopefully, this introductory bibliography will be helpful (to quote Zack DalaRocha, "Know your [theological] enemy!"):
