In some pseudepigraphic texts, we read that women will continue to give birth (albeit without labour pains [cf. Gen 3:16]) and the righteous will continue to have children:
And then all the righteous ones
will escape; and become the living ones until they multiply and become tens of
hundreds; and all the days of their youth and the years of their retirement
they will complete in peace. (1 Enoch 10:17)
And women will no longer have pain
when they bear, nor will they be tormented when they yield the fruits of their
womb. (2 Baruch 73:7)
