I am querying if anyone who follows this blog can help with something. I am looking into studies of property prices before and after a Latter-day Saint temple was constructed. There is this paper by Danderson, but it really just shows that but this just really shows LDS Temples do not make houses unmarketable (not the same thing)? If not, I might have to start from scratch a study of house prices before/after the Temple in Preston (England) and another, more recent one.
