QUESTION: Why have the
prophets since Joseph Smith not continued the translation of the Book of
Abraham and the corrections of the Bible?
ANSWER: I do not know. If
you want my opinion, it is because the Lord has not told them to. I think when
the Lord tells them to do so they will. I believe that that type of thing waits
for the Lord to give a revelation and instruction as to time and place. (James R.
