He thinks he has found a
contradiction in what is termed the Inspired Translation of the Scriptures,
because in Genesis it says man was created spiritual first, whereas in 1 Cor.
15:47, it says the first man was of the earth, earthy.
In Genesis, the Lord is
represented as giving an account of the creation of man, His organization; and
shows it was first spiritual, then natural. In Corinthians Paul is contrasting
the position of Adam with that of Christ. (Edmund
