The current text of D&C 76:30, 49 reads:
And we saw a vision of the
sufferings of those with whom he made war and overcame, for thus came the voice
of the Lord unto us: . . . And we heard the voice, saying: Write the vision,
for lo, this is the end of the vision of the sufferings of the ungodly.
The revelation, as found in Revelation
Book 2, pp.3, 5, reads differently:
. . . and we saw a vision of the eternal
sufferings of those with whom he made war and overcame, for thus came the voice
of the Lord unto us . . . and we heard the voice saying write the vision for lo
this is the end of the vision of the eternal sufferings of the undodly
[ungodly] . . .
