The current text of D&C 95:17 reads:
And let the higher part
of the inner court be dedicated unto me for the school of mine apostles, saith
Son Ahman; or, in other words, Alphus; or in other words, Omegus; even Jesus Christ
your Lord. Amen.
There are some textual variations
in the manuscript tradition.
Revelation
Book 1 reads
. . . Son awman, or in other words, Alpha, or in other
words, Omegas, even Jesus Christ your Lord: Amen.
Revelation
Book 2 reads:
. . . Son Ah Man, or in other words, Alphas, or in other
words Omegas . . .
This revelation appeared as section
XCV in the 1835 Doctrine and Covenants. It reads:

It would later be published
as section
XCVI in the 1844 Doctrine and Covenants. It reads:
