Beaman’s, Elders [Sidney] Rigdon and [Lyman] Wight arrived, much to the joy of
their souls, and the saints in Livon[i]a. [HC 2:43] (History,
1838–1856, volume A-1 [23 December 1805–30 August 1834], Page 447)
This stood out to me as Rigdon and Wight were ordained
high priests in June 1831, but were still called "elder" in this
March 15, 1834 record.
